5 Step Ayurvedic Foot Massage

  4. Now start off from the top of the foot by using both thumbs Massage the groove between the bottom of the bigger toe and the second toe. Massage up toward the ankle until you sense the bone.

  5. Now hold the foot with both palms and rubdown upward from the feet to the ankle.
